(Las Vegas, NV) – ActionCOACH®, the world’s largest business coaching franchise, today announced the results of its annual Client Satisfaction Survey conducted by independent research company, WorkBuzz. This year’s survey included client responses from the U.S., Caribbean, South Africa, Australia and New Zealand once again places ActionCOACH amongst WORLD CLASS organizations with an overall score of 72, the U.S. scoring a 78! Outperforming other global organizations such as Apple, UPS and American Express, ActionCOACH continues to make client satisfaction a major priority.
The client satisfaction survey uses the universally accepted and respected Net Promoter methodology and allows ActionCOACH to share best practices to ensure that clients worldwide are receiving the highest level of service and a great return on their investment. Some of the other highlights of the survey include;
• 82% of clients would recommend ActionCOACH to a friend or business associate
• 93% of clients agree that ActionCOACH has a powerful suite of business solutions
• 93% of clients said ActionCOACH is worth the investment
• 97% of clients said ActionCOACH makes a positive difference to their lives
• 89% of clients agree they have a better work-life balance when working with ActionCOACH for +5years
• 77% stated that since working with ActionCOACH their revenues have increased

ActionCOACH adopted Net Promoter in 2018 and works with an independent research organization to collect client feedback. The survey was conducted August through September 2019 and included more than 500 individual client responses from three continents. Each region and every participating certified ActionCOACH gets a personalized report.
